4. Pick up your order or wait for delivery, depending on your chosen method.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If your order is currently being processed, please allow time for shipment.
Once your order is shipped you will get an email or you can check the same in your order section.
If you have selected Free Local pickup, we will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready for collection. You may pick up your order only after receiving this confirmation.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Only in Auckland, not outside Auckland.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Auckland: All orders placed before 8 p.m. will be delivered the next day including public holidays

Outside Auckland: Delivery within 2-3 business days (public holidays not included)
